Today!

I really liked today. It was a good day. Like a day of good things. A great day infact. No it was a marvellously wonderful day!

It all started at 8:00am when I woke up and decided to sleep in for another hour.
9:00am, I got out of my bed hoping to get rid of this beard I had in half an hour so I can catch a train nice and early into the city.

The beard took an hour and 10 minutes to get rid of as apparently this house has NO DOUBLE A BATTERIES. Finally found some in a label maker. So I locked the door about 3 times as I kept forgetting something, missed the train, took the bus and found a classmate from high school! Amazing how much has changed.

Got to the city at last to find Emily in her very nice looking bright orange dress, and highish heels so she was a bit more taller than me. :P
Went shopping for a bit, I learnt that Myer has FIVE floors! Went to lunch, got full pretty quick. Doesn't help that I had a lot of pizza before hand (yes I ate whilst I was shaving).

We then took a nice short boat ride across the river. I kinda wished it lasted longer. :P
You know those kinds of days where you just want to sit back and relax? This was one of those days. The stories shared with feet dipped in the pool were very interesting! Showed her around tafe, normally I would be thinking to myself "Why the hell am I here when I don't have class?" but I then realised there were vending machines and bean bags.

The adventure came to a close when her daddy called and I was shatting bricks cause I was thinking "just say I'm a girl and everything will be OK"
but it all worked out!

Tonight I ended up taking a huge walk with some high school buddies and now at home dreading the early shift tomorrow.

To add to things, I GOT A KILLER WEEK COMING UP!
Adventuring from Sunday arvo to Wednesday, beach trip on Thursday, maybe (doubtful) a party that night, work on the weekend but it's good because I can still catch riverfire and I get a Sunday shift!
